Hello! I'm Jakob, a technical writer with a background in journalism and content writing.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Georgia, where I also completed a Certificate in Technical Writing. Over the past five years, I’ve built experience across multiple writing roles, from reporting and content creation to producing instructional documentation for open-source projects.

Most recently, I’ve applied my writing expertise to help improve the clarity and accuracy of AI systems, while continuing to refine my technical writing skills. I enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, user-friendly documentation that makes information accessible to everyone.
